I’m playing this weekend with a newly formed project called the Rostropobitches. We’re an all-female cello quartet (all members of the Portland Cello Project) and we play and sing our own songs as well as some Gillian Welch and some Screamin’ Jay Hawkins. We’re opening for a band called The Bowmans (one of whom is an ex-member of Rasputina) on Saturday night at Backspace. Here are the details. Hope you can join us!
